Inside Jamel Debbouze
Running Time: 70'
/ Format: HD
After six years of absence, Jamel Debbouze is returning to the stage. This will only be his 4th show in nearly 20 years and his 3 previous shows all made history. Much appreciated by his audience, Jamel wanted to build this show with them, to nourish his creative process.
But after the terrorist attacks and in a divided political climate, what can we laugh at today? Can we touch on everything – and with whom?
He shares with us his questions and his concerns. For months this hard worker juggles with tests before his audience, the organisation of the Jamel Comedy Club and the Marrakech Festival of Laughter. Jamel tells us about his life, his country, his encounters, and reveals all his complexity.
