In 1965, an unknown 29 year old named Georges Perec sees his life change the day he wins the Renaudot prize. In only fifteen years, he will become one of the greatest French writers of the 20th century.

Enriched with archives, film excerpts and unpublished personal documents, the documentary reconstructs and questions, like a puzzle, the destiny of this unique man and his literary creation.
