Cinema, the ultimate art of illusion, remains a male dominated profession. One of the few women to make a name for herself internationally is French designer Anne Seibel. One of the most respected designers in the industry, in Europe and in the United States. She has worked with some of the biggest names in cinema, from Clint Eastwood and Woody Allen to Spielberg and Benegal.

Where does she find all her inspiration, and how does she manage to always innovate, having to adapt to so many different worlds? We follow Anne at work, teaching at La Fémis, or at home, and try to unravel the secrets of her art, whilst highlighting a profession not yet well-known to the general public.
