Today, corruption is no longer local or regional, but global, raking in billions of dollars.
We are forever pointing the finger at corruption, recognized and designated as a worldwide scourge, but hardly ever do we point the same finger at the corruptors, precisely the people who are at the root of all corruption & without a corruptor, there would be no corruption.
How can we fight this national or international threat?

How can these corruptors, operating in countries and continents the world over, be unmasked?
Europe and France are in no way exempt from corruption either.
